Mason at main stage Dance Valley

Last year Mason played a great live set at the Main Stage of Mysteryland Festival which is the oldest outdoor dance festival of Europe. Way back in 2001 Mason also headlined at the Main Stage of Extrema Festival, which grew out into a key player of dance festivals nowadays. A smaller but pretty new and innovative dance festival in Amsterdam called Loveland invited Mason for the Main Stage in 2007 and again for this years edition. Last weekend Mason closed before Michel de Hey the Main Stage at Free Funk Festival, also in Holland. But not to forget other great festivals abroad like Tomorrowland (Belgium), Creamfields, Global Gathering (UK) who has had Mason on stage as well.

But to play at the Main Stage of Dance Valley, the festival of all festivals is every DJ’s dream. This Saturday July 12th it will happen. The legendary Dance Valley, set as the biggest dance festival in the world, has 15 stages and over 150 DJ’s and live-acts playing from the early morning till midnight. Mason has been playing several times at Dance Valley, which was at the Electronation area of which Mason is resident. But this year we are very proud to have Mason play at the Main Stage before Sander van Doorn and closing act Carl Cox. Mason will start the wheels of steel sharp at 18:00.

About Dance Valley 2008
Two gigantic concrete circles stand opposite one another cleft in a mountain of stone blocks. In between, a long, 45-degree steep stairway leads upwards. At the end of the long stairway, the mystery of a beautiful Dutch sky and a beautiful panorama await. More than ever before, this remarkable work of art in the surrealistic landscape of Spaarnwoude symbolises the heart of Dance Valley. On July 12th, at 10 AM, the gates will open for the fourteenth edition, and everyone is welcome to take ‘A Journey Into Sound’.
